WELCOME
TO OUR PRESCHOOL!
What
does a three year old do at school, you might ask? A three year old
makes friends, shares with those friends, hugs those friends when they
are sad, laughs with them when they are happy, and enjoys new adventures
every day. A four year old begins to bond with those friends, possibly
for life. They learn how to understand the meaning of following directions,
sitting quietly and listening to the teacher when she is talking, and still
enjoying new adventures. Both three and four year old children begin
to learn numbers, alphabet letters and their sounds, patterns, writing
their names, creating their own designs in art, and enjoying the schedule
of each day.
Our
preschool offers many activities for children who attend. We offer
free play and time for discovery, age appropriate academics that prepare
them for kindergarten, reading time, finger plays, art projects, Jesus
Time, snack time, and large motor activities in our gym.
We
are presently taking enrollments for the fall of 2011. Due to many
calls, we have added a second 3 year old class which will meet on Tuesday
and Thursday from 12:30 - 2:30. In addition we have limited openings
in one of our 4 year old morning classes.
Our
school is fully licensed by the State of Michigan, and our teacher and
aides have gone through clearance which is required.
